Samples -
Random samples gladly provided.

Terms -
33-1/3% deposit required on all printed items. Payment is Net 30 days or COD (Net) for all accounts. New accounts will be COD until a credit application has been reviewed and approved for credit. We accept major credit cards.

Artwork -
We will provide simple speculative artwork at no charge. Send a rough sketch and we'll "clean it up."

Camera Ready Artwork -
We can accept computer generated artwork on discs. Hard copy output of disk required. All formats are welcome, IBM is preferred. E-mail also available.

Proofs -
Gladly submitted to assure accuracy.
There is no charge for paper proofs. Actual ink and/or paper and film swatches are provided at no additional charge if requested.

PMS Color Match -
Ink/Foil colors available shown on each page. If special PMS color match is needed - $75.00 per color.

Rush Orders -
Regular production times are listed on each page. Most short run items are available for rush service. Rush service orders will be shipped:
1) In 6 working days for a repeat order.
2) In 9 working days for a new order with no proof required and supplied camera ready artwork.
3) In 6 working days on a new order after final approval of proof.
The rush service charge is a minimum of $40.00 or 25% of the total invoice - excluding freight.

Returns and Adjustments -
All requests must be received within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

Cancellations -
Plate and preparation charges incurred prior to cancellation will be charged.
