Personal Contact Information
To make a purchase through the Sites, we require you to supply us with your first and last name, home or other physical address, including your street name and address and name of your city or town, your telephone number or other "real world" personal contact information.  If you supply us with your personal contact information, you may later access it, update it, modify it and delete any inaccuracies.  Please note, we generally keep a copy of the previous personal contact information for our records.  We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible.  If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time by accessing your account through the My Account link located at the top of each page on the Sites.  You may also choose simply not to provide your personal contact information at the point of collection; however, you will not be able to purchase products through the Sites.

We use this information to complete, support and analyze your purchases, to facilitate and improve your use of the Sites, to communicate with you, for internal purposes and to comply with any requirements of law.  This information may be disclosed to our staff and to third parties involved in the completion of your transaction, the delivery of your order or the analysis and support of your use of the Sites.  We do not sell and will not divulge your personal contact information to third parties other than as specified in this Privacy and Security Policy without your permission unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime).

Your Email Address

Credit Card and Payment Information
When you purchase an item through the Sites, you are required to select a method of payment.  For credit cards, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.  We transmit your entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company in an encrypted format during order processing.  We keep your credit card information on file in an encrypted format, taking precaution to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards over your credit card information.

Purchase Information

Cookies are ver tiny text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages that record your preferences.  We use cookies to provide you with the best level of service by keeping track of what you have in your shopping cart, remembering you when you return to our store and using them to help us show you advertisements which are relevant to your interests.  They cannot harm your computer and they do not contain any personal or private information.  You must accept cookies to shop through the Sites.  You can erase or block cookies from your computer if you want to (your help screen or manual should tell you how to do this) , but the Sites may not work correctly or at all if you set your browser not to accept cookies.
